DermaBenSs Shampoo is a gentle, soap-free, degreasing, drying, follicular flushing, antiseborrheic and antimicrobial shampoo formulated for cats, dogs and horses.

Active ingredients

DermaBenSs Shampoo contains:

• Benzoyl peroxide 2.5%
• Sodium thiosulfate 1%
• Salicylic acid 1%
• Ceramides
• Propylene glycol
• Fragrance

Indications for use

• DermaBenSs Shampoo assists in the treatment of hot spots, pyodermas, lick granulomas, acne, oily seborrhea, greasy skin, Staph infections, skin fold infections and many other diseases requiring an antimicrobial shampoo.
• DermaBenSs Shampoo is designed for use on oily and scaly skin (seborrhea oleosa), superficial and deep pyodermas, crusty pyodermas, and can also be used as adjunctive therapy for generalized demodicosis and Schnauzer comedo syndrome or other causes of folliculitis. Studies have indicated that benzoyl peroxide may also be effective when topically treating methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus infections.

Administration and dosage

• Shake DermaBenSs Shampoo well.
• Apply to wet coat, rub onto skin and haircoat until lightly lathered.
• Keep skin and haircoat lathered for 5-10 minutes, then rinse well.
• Use 2-3 times per week or as directed by veterinarian.
