Active ingredients

Douxo Chlorhexidine Micro-Emulsion Spray active ingredients:

• Chlorhexidine gluconate 3%
• Phytosphingosine salicyloyl 0.05%

Douxo Chlorhexidine Micro-Emulsion Spray inactive ingredients:

• Water, Hexyl Laurate, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Ceteareth-12, Glyceryl Stearate, PCA Ethyl Cocoyl Arginate, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Hydroxide.

Indications for use

• Douxo Chlorhexidine Micro-Emulsion Spray is for use on dogs and cats only.

• Douxo Chlorhexidine Micro-Emulsion Spray is for the management of skin infections that are responsive to chlorhexidine.

Administration and dosage

• Brush the hair coat against the natural full line, then spray Douxo Chlorhexidine Micro-Emulsion Spray by holding the pump approx.

• 12 inches from the pet’s body, thus dispensing the product over the targeted area. The product will disperse naturally. Do not over apply.

• Douxo Chlorhexidine Micro-Emulsion Spray dosage:

  • 1 spray per 10 lbs. of body weight.

  • Dosage may be double for long-haired breeds.

  • Apply every 3 days for 2 to 3 weeks or as recommended by your veterinarian.

• May be used as part of a management plan as recommended by your veterinarian.
